After being a customer for so long, I expected some sort of answer but this is just disappointing because they don’t even know the solution to their own car."

"My review is not based solely on this location but on Mercedes as a company. Some time ago I owned a pre owned C class. I owned this car for several years without any issue other than the common things such as tires and oil needing replacement. The only issue I had other than the two mentioned above was due to a gas station attendant overfilling my tank. Early in the am on my way home from work I had stalled out and pulled off the road. I noticed the toll free Mercedes roadside assistance number on the visor many times and never called till that moment. Within seconds a live voice was on the line ready to assist. In less than 2 minutes they knew the issue was something as simple as the car running out of gas. I wasn't sure how this could be possible as the fuel gauge indicated half a tank. In under 20 minutes a Mercedes SUV showed with 5 gallons of fuel and explained how my gauge was damaged due to overfill, (this is one reason why vehicles warn not to top off). I have personally never encountered a single company that would ever stand behind their product as Mercedes has. I tell this story to any and all including family, friends, and strangers and add how Mercedes may be a well known company but still gets nowhere near the recognition it deserves. I must also add that the service they provided that day was at no charge, even though my car was pre owned and I purchased it from a private seller. Even the gentleman who delivered the fuel wouldn't accept a tip. I chose to leave feedback at this location as it is not a direct dealer but rather "Mercedes Benz of North America""

"If they have my part in stock and the system comes back online so my local dealer can order it and the truck can pick it up tomorrow and they can fix my car (third try for this airbag recall) we'll be friends. Otherwise not so much."
