"Yes, the vehicles have stains but they're also the cheapest price you're going to find around they're not that bad also there's only one guy running the whole thing and when he's not at the desk/ in the back cleaning the vehicles, customers complain and when the vehicles aren't clean customers complain so it's hard for one person to please everyone"

"Terrible place to rent from and even worse place to work for. 1. Place is unorganized & unprofessional. 2. Place will take your reservation even when there are zero vehicles available so unless you get there before 12pm your reservation is NOT guranteed. 3. General Manager “Will” leaves his employees for dead with no experience after little to no training & does not stay on sight to assist higher issues. 4. BUDGET MOVING TRUCK RENTALS VERY UNRELIABLE. 5. Manager “Will” puts blame on employees for mistakes after no proper training given. 6. Place also has little to no accessories/add-ons offered online. (GPS, Phone Stand, Hand Truck, etc.) **Car Seats are left outside in the weather elements would not recommend child utilization.** Overall horrible location would recommend Enterprise over Avis. Surprised this hell hole is still open."

"I am really sad to have to write this review. I have rented from this location 4x this year. I reserved a truck 2 weeks ago, for business purposes. When I arrived today at 7.45am the young lady behind the counter informed me the truck has not started in weeks! No one called to advise me. Noone tried to get me another truck ahead of time. Ball was clearly dropped. She offered no empathy, no apology. Just asked what I expected her to do. Seems customer service was not available until 8:30 am, and the manager, Willy, was not answering his phone. A call to Penske saved me today. Budget, I will not rent from this location again. Train your employees to apologize when a mistake is made. And to take ownership of problems. This young lady clearly could not not handle a problem. I thought because my previous relationship with this location I might get a call, but nothing."

"We picked up a car on Saturday morning, drive 10 miles away and onto the highway the car starts shaking. We turn around and drive back to the rental place. They tell us they have no other cars, so we have to drive 1h to Philadelphia airport to exchange it there. Or they could give us an electric car that may or may not be fully charged. When asked how far it would go, I don't know maybe 200 miles. Where can we charge it, well you can download the app. Sure, that inspires a lot of confidence in us. The whole way to Philly we are white knuckling the door handles praying we don't end up in the ditch as the car was shaking so badly. It was so horrible. Clearly the previous driver ran over a pothole or something and didn't tell them as the wheel was messed up and alignment all over the place. 0/10 would not recommend."

"Avis Rent A Car-Princeton is Awesome! Incredibly friendly staff diligently working away to get you the best possible rate. They are the cornerstone for all of our vacation plans in that region. I can not say enough good things about their staff at that location. They are Great!"
