"Dr. Lin and her team are amazing with kids! I was worried that my boys (3 yr old and 1 yr old) would have a hard time, but my older one got his check up and teeth cleaned with ZERO tears. I was shocked. Dr. Lin made the whole process fun for them and made me, as their parent, feel comfortable throughout. The office’s front desk staff are also the most courteous (and competent) people I’ve ever encountered from a doctor/dentist office."

"I have been going to this office for YEARS!!!! At least two decades since I was a child (you don’t go anywhere once you find good healthcare professionals!). Regular cleanings, cavity filling, X-rays, etc. they guide you through what they’re doing in detail and are as gentle as possible. Walking in and being greeted by name, amazing assistants, techs, dentists, reception - the whole vibe is amazing and comforting for me. I don’t believe I have ever had anxiety going to a dentist and I do credit this office for that since I have been going there for such a long time. Personally, I have super sensitive teeth and they have helped me address that over the last year or so. My teeth feel so much better and now I am actually going back in two weeks for my custom mouth guard to help stop with grinding my teeth at night (which I didn’t even know they offered!!). Also, everyone knows the goodie bag with the toothbrush is my fave lol"

"I truly love how when u enter your time of your appointment is recognized! Instantly!! None of that waiting around trying to find a magazine stuff ! Also, they text you and call you to remind you about your appointment a true bonus!!!! That Sabrina ma'am she questioned me about what I wasn't charged for xyZ and I didn’t like that because ma'am I work and I work HARD for my benefits and I pay a lot for my benefits and I still have to pay when I come to your offices (as you expose the price I pay out of pocket in front of other guests) I do not like that ! I tolerate it for now, but please stop questioning my prices that I pay in front of others! To note, it would have been cheaper for me to have gone to my hospital’s dental offices but I choose your office and for your to say “you are looking through my bill to see why I received so many services but was only charged so less “ ..that was insulting …but I took it on the chin as your co worker stood there speechless as you noted those words. how much more did you want me to pay, I already paid out of pocket not only for myself and my service but the amount I paid out of pocket for with my son as well especially with the unexpected cost I paid before coming to get serviced. Also if my prescription is not going to be fulfilled can someone from the prescribing doctor’s office please call me and give me a couresry call to let me know especially if I had a (bridging w/ crown) almost a root canal and an extraction done the same day! Dr. Cho was cool with ensuring my permanent crown was a good fit, my original template crown by Beautiful Dr. Lynne felt too thick and forced and I hated that temp crown..but Dr. Cho made sure my final crown was perfect! Thank you all for your services and I hope y’all don’t have me for being utterly honest. When chatting about my bill please allow only the person I’m chatting with my bill about to talk to me because when the bill comes. The lady that gave me the bill then looks over and the other lady (sue) tried to explain the bill out of no where and then Sabrina explains the bill it makes me feel like it’s 3 against one and that’s not a good feeling when I have a simple question such as how much was I charged for this filling? The scenery as you have your service is cool, the leather seats are great , the hygienist are good and the Spanish young man he is sooooooo nice I forgot his name but he is the perfect potion to this whole organization. Please update your contact information on google so I can stop having to edit your exact address in my god so that it no longer shows up as recovery…"
