"I’ve been calling Eastern Dental for the past six months and have been leaving messages about a crown that I’ve been waiting for approval with my insurance. Eastern Dental has been unresponsive for six months straight. This business does NOT check their messages and they do NOT call their customers back. I called again today and finally was able to communicate with someone from the business. I talked to the receptionist. She said my crown was approved, but it has been expired. She behaved like she did NOT even care about me as a customer and she do NOT care about any future business. I have been using this dentist office for many years. This used to be a very good dentist years ago. Now, the business has completely fallen apart and deteriorated. It’s very sad to see a good business run into the ground like this. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this has been a nonstop habitual problem with Eastern Dental of Laurel Springs. It’s not getting better. This keeps getting worse and worse."

"Something is definitely amiss at this office. Getting my teeth cleaned today felt more like I was on an assembly line. Not sure the time frame for patients with different insurances? Possibly out of pocket paying customers receive a more thorough visit? Visit was 10-15 minutes for a cleaning and not a word from staff or asking if I had any concerns or questions before or after my short visit. Was office friendly? Yes. Will I go back for necessary dental procedures? Um, probably not."

"Really disappointed in the service provided by the office. Non-apologetic cancelations of procedures within hours of the appointment time. Emergency appointments being made 6+ weeks away from imaging being done. And an office director that doesn't find it necessary to return calls from concerned patients. I recommend you continue searching for dental care from another provider."

"Brandi was good. The new hygienist messed my teeth up during a simple cleaning. I'll never go back. I love the dentist too. My son had a similar experience. It was rushed and they use some type of drill. I'm used to getting my teeth cleaned manually. I have pictures to prove it. Now I have to pay over $6000 to get my teeth fixed by a cismetic dentist. Smdh for real..."

"I had a tooth that broke off and became abscessed. I called Eastern Dental for an emergency appointment. I never heard back from them. I was going to them for 4 years. I will never ever go back to them or recommend them to anyone! I found an amazing dentist that didn’t overcharge like Eastern Dental! It’s ridiculous that you have to pay for services when you make an appointment. Too bad I had to give them 1 star they honestly deserve zero stars!"
