"This week I have rented the Takeuchi TB290 Excavator with thumb attachment for clearing brush on our hilly property. I dealt with Mark and Phillip on the phone and everything has gone very smoothly, they are both professional and friendly. The drop off went smoothly and the truck driver was professional friendly and accommodating. 2 times we have had a track come off and Mechanic James has been dispatched immediately to help. James too is professional and friendly and gets down to business. He knows the machine well and is very helpful. I highly recommend Tri County Rentals."
