"Month ago I purchased a vehicle from here Worst mistake , swore the car was perfect that it was safe for me and my two children Once I pulled off the lot the car made a bad noise he promised he’d take it to the shop to repair it I did my own research I took it to my own shops come to find out that I needed a sub frame, and the rear differential was dragging on the control arms. I could’ve endanger my children. He swore to me that he would repair it and take it to the shop. Come to find out he did his own work on his lot and took him over a month to even tell me he can’t even get it done. of what’s so I came and put the car back together myself. He promised the very next day that he would get it, inspected and repaired the remaining process. He lied about that too so the day after that, I picked up my car come to find out that there was more damage done to my car then when I left it there with him. Wires cut. My differential is broken. This place should be shut down selling cars to people that belong in the junkyard I gave them more than several opportunities to make right by it and now he’s not answering any of my calls or text messages. Whatever you do do not buy a car there and I would be spreading the word all the cars on his lot are garbage. Nothing was repaired sine frame that was “fixed” the subframe that was replaced was replaced with another rotted subframe that I can’t even get an alignment and I still can’t get an inspection. Nothing was repaired in the car’s in worse condition then when I gave it back to him to repair it. Also no recalls for jeep patriot rear subframe for any of the years Update it is now august 16 and still no contact and no resolution no compensation The jeep is sitting needing repairs owner won’t make right on this Worst dealership in area"

"If I could give less than one stars, I would. When we initially spoke to the owner about the car and its condition we were told everything was good and that the car ran well. When we arrived to the dealership, the car was NOT what we were shown or expected. The engine made a weird noise and all the lights on the dashboard were on and the car itself looked a bit beat up. We checked out another car they had and same thing, the engine made a bad noise and when you turned the steering wheel there was something obviously wrong with it. The guy just played it off as it just being a loud engine. The cherry on top was when we tried calling the owner multiple times and there was no response. Me and my family drove 6+ hours from Vermont for a car we thought we were taking home but that did not happen and we did not feel comfortable purchasing a car that probably wouldn’t even make it home."
