"Update: Venisha Walker is awesome. We needed assistance with a banking issue that was rather personal and complex. She has gone out of her way to help us. She's a treasure. The staff at this location are friendly. However, for two different accounts they have not asked about paperless account statements and then charged several dollars ($3-$5) per month to mail a two page statement. It is just a low down, dirty way to nickel and dime the customer and they've lost one over it."
