Pitman Golf Course

"I would love to be able to give this club a better rating, but unfortunately, I can never get a tee time before 1 or 2pm. Their scheduling policy suggests that you log in & reserve your tee time 7 days in advance, & their club pro informed me that unless I’m online @ exactly 7am, 1-week prior, my chances of securing an AM slot are almost nil. From experience however, I can tell you that no matter how many attempts we make at that precise time, somehow all the slots are already taken. Anyone else have this issue?"

"This will sound strange, but I was ecstatic when I hit a greenside bunker and my ball was completely plugged into the sand. It meant the sand was loose and a true sand trap. I managed to hit a great bunker shot which made me feel great. Thank you for that. On 90% of courses, the sand traps are solid so you have to chip out of them like you're chipping off dirt. Not here. I honestly cannot remember the last place where the sand traps were this well maintained. If you told me this was a municipal course, I'd call you a liar because it is so well maintained. Gloucester County Board of county Commissioners, please, for the love of God, do not change a damn thing about this place. Everyone that is there is phenomenal and does their job with the highest quality from what I can see."
