"I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company! Issues: did not retrieve the locks of hair we requested and agreed to pay for, the secretary was out sick and no one called to tell me the death certificates were in at the beginning of the week so I could obtain them and begin applying for benefits as I live on a fixed income and desperately needed them, specifically requested his cremains be divided for his daughter and I which they were not AND I was told we could bring the remains in tomorrow (Saturday) as there was a service being held from 9-2 and someone would be there to help resolve this issue ONLY to be notified at 5 PM (close of business) that, NO, the person who was supposed to be there was the secretary who was out sick and they were TRYING to find someone to meet us there at 1 PM. Not to mention as I was leaving from collecting my husband's cremains, the man who helped me put them in the car was more interested in trying to sell me a preplanning service for my own cremation than anything else! TOTALLY AND GROSSLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Yet they can call and email multiple times daily requesting payment for services. DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICES! I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF IT WERE AVAILABLE!"
