Dunkin'

"I recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts location for the first time, and I deeply regret it. I stopped by to get a Tornado Twist Spark’d energy drink, but what should have been a quick stop turned into a nightmare. After waiting quite a while for my order, an employee named Trace asked if I had ordered the Tornado Twist. When I confirmed, she mumbled something I couldn’t make out. I politely asked her to repeat herself, and to my shock, she started cursing and using foul language. Things only escalated from there as she continued to hurl insults at me, getting louder and more aggressive. By the time I finally left, I was shaken by the entire experience. To make matters worse, a few other customers confirmed that this behavior isn’t unusual at this location—they described the Dunkin' Donuts as "rude and ghetto." I won’t be returning to this location, and I would advise others to steer clear if you’re looking for decent service. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had."

"I popped in just after I disembarked the Greyhound from NYC and there was no one in the store besides the workers. The prices are great. They're way better than NY prices. I would've spent TWICE the amount in NYC for the same sized drink which was the new Frosted Latte! Like someone else mentioned, they didn't have change when I went there 4 days ago."

"I ordered a medium latte, they gave me a cup half full, and insisted on charging extra to fill it up. Cup was dirty and the server was extremely rude."

"This is possibly the Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever visited. The young lady preparing the food and drinks is extremely rude. She calls out the names and the orders under her breathe and then yells at the customers to get their orders. That was my first visit. My second visit, I ordered through the app. I ordered a Caramel Craze Latte and I got a cup of foam and a half cup of coffee. This is very unacceptable and I've never received this treatment at any other Dunkin Donuts or any other restaurant for that matter. Customer Service training is much needed."
