"Initially I had no issues with them. A few weeks back my son who is disabled had an appointment and was extremely late for it. Because they did NOT even think to use common courtesy to call me or either modivcare to let them know what their driver was going to be late so that they could relay that info. So communication is pretty non existent. Then the driver acted non chalant when telling me she was in another city which is about 1 hr and a half from vidalia and knew ahead of time she was gonna be late. Like did it not occur that maybe just maybe you should have notified someone??? SMH I am so disappointed in them. My first experience was a month ago when the driver showed up a hr early and with a nasty additive said, "You gotta come on, I got to get another patient" again did it not occur to you to call the night before or earlier that morning if you needed someone to be ready???? I just cancelled that whole ride. This is why companies don't stay in business. A first impression is a lasting impression. I am NOT happy and reported them and hopefully I want have to deal with them. And I sure don't want to see them comment how "sorry" they are and that they will tell management. Apparently management doesn't give a crap either.....if I could give zero starts I would."

"0630 this morning a white transport minivan was tailgating me on 280 from Higgston to Vidalia. This area is known for deer being hit. When we got to the passing zone the van flew by me doing 80 but slowed down to 60 when they hit the 35mph zone. Slow down, you’re going to hurt somebody."

"Just had one of their transport mini vans blow by me doing 85mph plus, on 341 going towards Odum, Ga. from Surrency Ga. Speed limit was 65mph. I tried to catch up to get the vehicle number, but after reaching 80mph, I slowed down. There were 2 digits, couldn't make out the first due to sun glare, but second digit was a 4. Knowing now that this is how their drivers drive, I would never put myself or one of my loved ones in one of their vehicles. I will pray for anyone that uses this company's services."
