"On my way back from a trip to Canada to Florida I made the unfortunate mistake of trying to sleep in my cramped car rather than spend $80 for the night in a hotel. The following morning, I zoned out and pulled up behind an officer going 90 in a 70. What followed would have been a $231 speeding fine for the county of McIntosh along with a $200 Super Speeder penalty to the state of Georgia. Obviously, this would have been really bad for my insurance premiums and would have given me quite a few points on my license. I had my attorney research and reach out to a few lawyers in the area.
