As a proud branch of the YMCA of Coastal Georgia, our mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that foster a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.

At McIntosh County YMCA, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality fitness and wellness programs, regardless of their financial situation. Thanks to generous contributions from our Annual Campaign, we offer financial assistance to children, teens, adults, and families who may find the full cost of membership or programs beyond their reach. Our sliding fee scale is based on total household income and size, and we take special circumstances into account to ensure that our services remain accessible to those in need.

We require supporting documentation to verify eligibility, and we ask that recipients share in the cost of membership or program fees. Eligibility for financial assistance is reviewed annually to ensure continued support for those who qualify.

As a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization, donations to the YMCA are tax-exempt, and we are grateful for the community support that allows us to continue our mission.
