"Asked for a trim and tile it $7 with shampoo. They charge me $13 because the girl blow dry my hair. No stylings. They girl just trimmed my length and not the layers. She ask me anything but if I wanted the front trim. The instructor who was not in the room pulled up the sign and said read it to justify double the price. The sign should be posted on the desk not to the side of it. To much attitude and very little service. I won't be back."

"called before hand to make sure they were open and accepting walk ins, lady on the phone said yes we do and that they were open until 7pm fast forward we drive 30minutes or more just to get there and be told "they don't have any night classes tonight so that they were actually closed sorry about that" bad communication and customer service! If that was the case I'm not really sure why the lady who answered the phone didn't share that information with me at the time of my call, we arrived about an hour after I called. wouldn't waste the time or gas again! but on the bright side, I found a wonderful salon that got me in with no problem!"

"I had a long experience here. I wanted red/maroon highlights and at first one student wanted to try to do it without bleaching my hair. So I wasted 3 hours with bleaching. We then bleached it and the wrong red was put into my hair. So I wasted 6 hours. However, I came back the next week and they fixed it for free. Only paid about $25. Besides the extremely long wait, great service and it was fun to let them practice. Before and after pictures."
