"Gym is always very clean and stocked up on paper towels and cleaning spray for the machines. The manager and staff are also super friendly and willing to answer questions about my account."

Would never suggest this gym to anyone. Drive a little further, Planet Fitness on DUNN is 1000% percent a better choice. Cleaner, friendly staff that smiles and greet you, great perks too!"

"Went in to complete registration that I purchased through work. Had all provided emails and documentation. They were unable to find account. Staff personnel were very friendly but overall clueless. Front door was partially blocked by gym members upon entry and same group again upon exit. Front office is closed off from gym and entrance and had a "closed, will return" sign despite open hours. Had to seek out staff who was inside office and unaware they "accidentally" had closed signage posted. Asked to return on a different day to complete registration if registration has "loaded." Person in office was unaware of office hours nor had them readily at hand mis-quoting posted operating hours from memory. The two or three days loss is negligible at best and not much to my concern but the under trained and under prepared staff on the other hand, although polite and friendly, left a lot to be desired for a first encounter and experience with this Anytime location."
