"Rented for two years, you sign knowing what you are going to pay. But when repairs are needed they make it very hard to get a hold of anyone. Then they have the audacity to be disrespectful when you have a bit of an attitude due to there being sewage everywhere in the basement. Once you get a hold of emergency maintenance they act like they are doing you a favor and try to do the absolute minimum. The plumbers left two days ago and still nobody has been here to clean up the water out of the carpet. Once contacted they informed me I didn’t say tell them the carpet was wet. Not only did I tell them twice, I sent a picture where it is blatantly obvious, and the plumbers noted it as well. This company is absolutely criminal. Please do yourself a favor and never rent from this company."

"I don’t know they thought they were going to keep my deposit. I don’t care WHAT the contract says. If the property I put a deposit on and signed an agreement on is for some reason UNAVAILABLE or can’t PASS INSPECTION, you need to give the deposit back NO QUESTIONS ASKED! These people show you properties that look good, but aren’t available or can’t pass inspection only to take your deposit and then say it’s non refundable.... The hell it isnt. It’s a NO I was lucky I dodged a bullet!"

"I've spoken to employees at chic fil a who have had better customer service skills and able to talk to their customers in a better tone than the people who work at this company and are representing revi rental. I have had several issues with my home still nothing resolved, and as much as I pay the property has no ventilation and outdated in every possible way that brings light, gas, and water into my home... this is the worse decision I ever made...."

"Do not and I repeat do not do any business with this company. You will not get your deposit back. This company will mislead you in the leasing agreement and will ultimately nickel and dime you out of your deposit.They will tell you to report anything that's wrong with the properties but you will never be able to contact anyone. I will never be doing any type of business with this company ever again. Hopefully this helps the next person run far and fast away from them as possible."

"These people are horible. I rented a house in Webster TX from another leasing agency and they were great, then the house was sold and US Revi took over management and it was a total disaster. They lost my rent the second month after they took over and began threatening me with eviction even though I sent them copies of my bank statements showing where it came out of my account. The manager Rob said "that's not enough proof". Rob lied to me on several occasions, on one occasion he told me that the county tax assessor needed to look at the house and couldn't do it on Saturday so I had to take a day off work so they could do a walkthrough. Turned out to only be Revi employee's needing to look at the water heater and A/C. They threatened me with eviction in the middle of hurricane Harvey while I was trying to push water out of the back of the house. Another Management company took over management of the house about a year ago. I moved out of the house last week and as a parting screw you from Revi they didnt transfer my $1400 deposit to the new company so I'm out that money. If you rent from these people you are setting yourself up to get screwed, they have no morals whatsoever."
