Plaza Motel

"My family and I stayed here few days ago. They will complain to me my children are to loud day and night. We would be gone all day and come back at night to sleep. The owner walks into our room when we are gone to be nosey. Rooms are gross. The owners live in rooms downstairs. If kids annoy them they should put us on bottom floor. I have to hear a complaint everyday from them. The husband said I need to sweep cracker crumbs up off my floor before we leave. Now how do you know we have cracker crumbs on floor? I borrowed a broom from wife and the husband saw me put broom back and told me not to use their broom. They got onto kids for using swing husband said it was his too. The very first night we arrived I parked by their suv and husband said I have to move my truck. Constantly complaining. I don't understand how they are still in business. We picked this motel because of the location. What a nightmare. I Will post pictures of motel. I wonder how long it's been since city inspection?"

"Do not stay here. It is absolutely disgusting and the owner and his wife do not care and will enter your room whenever they please. They will also tell you they don't have any non smoking rooms which is illegal in Illinois. How this place is still in business is beyond me."
