"I love OTF family! The coaches are amazing, the music is good! The front staff is awesome! I’ve been going since Nov/Dec 23’ and I’m happy with my results, I’m stronger, can run faster and I feel really good about my health! The classes are really good with cardio and weights ! We do have games/relays that we do to make the classes fun! I really enjoy it! Maricia , Logan, Kayla, Jess, Sara , Diana, Dynasty, Erika, n Shelby! All of them are great!!"

"Not your average gym, very inclusive and didn't make me feel judged. Wasn't there to lose weight, just to figure out how to take care of myself. Better. They go above and beyond for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone. They don't have many parking spaces, but there is more parking around the back of the building. Hope this helps"

"I have worked out at OTF for the last 3 years and have loved every second of it. The coaches & staff at this location are phenomenal. They never fail to be encouraging while also holding me accountable to achieve my goals. The facilities are very nice & always kept clean. The workouts are truly amazing. You get time on the treadmills, rowers, and weight floor. The workouts are always changing and different which is exactly what I have needed to stay motivated. When you join OTF, you’re certainly joining a family & it’s one that I would HIGHLY recommend!"
