"The corporate offices service is terrible. Faxed them proof of insurance 5 times and yet they still said I didn't have proof on file. Plus the interest rate are higher than any other credit union. I just went from 18 percent to 5 percent just refinancing a few months after owning car"

I was just really impressed by Terri's and Tatiana's customer service! (I apologize if I spelled any names wrong). They were super kind, super friendly, and very helpful when we requested that the lien release be electronically delivered to him. Terri even recommended some places for us to look in regard to a new vehicle, and Tatiana talked to us about some of their products available to us without being super salesy. I appreciated that! "Just spoke to Michelle. Very rude at this location/possibly all. They aren’t willing to set up payments for CEFCU credit cards through this facility is what she said. As I continue to ask questions she said “let me transfer you to the credit card department so they can tell you everything I just did” and hung up. Thanks CEFCU/wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!"
