"As a professional in the industry - I’m very unimpressed with this location (7911 Forsyth). My clients primary language is Spanish so we were hoping this location would be a great fit and so far it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. The lending officer Renee V, has somehow managed to dodge and never return my phone calls, messages, emails AND calls from the cooperating Listing Agent, emails and calls from my secretary. When calling the office to try and track him down I got 0 help. The man who answered and took my info down had to ask me my name 4 separate times. I asked to speak to an underwriter or manager or someone who could help us with the issues. We never heard back about our buyer appraisal, have no access to it, and we close in a week with many items still being needed from the lending entity that we CANNOT get no matter how hard we try. This location sadly is run by a bunch of clowns. DON’T waste your time or risk having your clients stress levels go crazy like mine have."

"Excellent bank with impeccable local customer service. There is one MAJOR issue - there is NO 1-800 number you can call 24x7 any day of the year to resolve ANY issue. I had to spend 3 extra days in Taipei waiting for Monday to arrive in the USA to resolve a stupid issue related to my Carrolton Card."
