"I don't bank here BUT I did go inside to cash my payroll check because my employer has an account with them. After giving her my driver's license, and her typing for several minutes, she informed me that she couldn't do it because of something my employer hasn't set up.. can't remember exactly the word she used.. basically my employer has to get approved by them.. but since when can't you cash a check from your employer if they bank there, and the check has the banks name on it? The bank can see right there how much the company has in their account, and if the payroll check is good. Idk. I was actually considering banking here but nah... I'll stay where I'm at."

"I entered the lobby with a large container of loose change that had been accumulating over the past year. I was met with smiles and another employee immediately took my container for me to a small side room with the change counter/ sorter. After about 5 minutes she was done, asked me how I wanted my money and then completed a deposit for me. Totally professional, discreet and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better job done. Very satisfied."

"I do not understand the lobby hours if this bank. 10am to 2pm??? No one that works can actually make those hours. Im quite certain the bank isnt hurting for money to pay people to work more then 4 hours a day. Not eveyone can deposit or do business digitally. If you can only work 4 hours a day why dont you do hours after others normal work day? At least til 6pm. Customers should be your priority."

"Absolutely horrible. What kind of bank has lobby hours from 10:00-02:00 I honestly dont know They charge enough in fees they can definately pay employees. This brach needs shut down Us bank has become a joke Their atm ate my debit card. I ordered a new one they said 2 days max. Just asked becuse its been a week. Now they claim 14 business days to get replacement debit card"
