"I'm always greeted with a smile at this bank and the bankers there that work there are top-notch they're trustworthy they're kind they're considerate they're very patient and the one lady saw that I was sitting down in my wheelchair and she walked around the table to help me get what I needed to get done. I've had this bank all of my life ever since I was a young girl, and I must say this is a Five Star Bank with five star associates in five-star service."

"I’m annoyed that I bought a new house through FBT so I could seamlessly pay my mortgage with one account. Only for them to sell it off and I’m no longer able to use their online banking to pay my mortgage. Now I have to go through a third party and set up another account to pay for my mortgage. This is poor customer service, and the generic call this number response only tells you to bad and good luck."

"Have had several bad experiences at this 12th Broadway location ,most of the staff are rude and inconsiderate so much so I have to go to go to the mall or 24th State locations just to see someone smile,SMH! I thought it was just me but I've talked to several people that have or are banking there and they have said the same thing! Not sure why it seems to be just the 12th Broadway location but that's the only bank I've ever had a bad experience at !! I would say it starts at the top,just saying !! Not All of the employees are this way at this location so you know but I'm guessing 50% act this way from my experiences there! Hope they get it taken care of because it's such a nice facility they have built there !!!"
