"Recently moving to the area. I opened a checking and money market account. Today I stopped in to deposit a check into my money market account. A very nice lady was training. Unfortunately the individual training her was extremely rude to the trainee and refused to deposit my check. Not only was she demeaning to her new staff member but she spoke loudly to me, sharing that she was “unable to process my check”. This is interesting as the check was issued to me from my bank from my home town. She did not offer to call my former bank or “hold” the check for 48 hours. I did in fact confirm with my previous bank that there should not have been a problem with depositing the check. I wasn’t asking to cash the check. I left feeling badly for the trainee and extremely frustrated as I walked away with no real solution. I chose to close my accounts and will be looking for a new bank that has friendly customer service, doesn’t treat their own in the horrible manner that I witnessed and is willing to help me with personal accounts and in the future home and auto loans."
"I called them ask if they was now taking change back . . They said that they are. But when I got there the women in lobby acted mad that she hadto put her book down shewasreadinv to tell me they had no one there to do it what a waste of my time."
