"I found R3 through an Instagram ad one evening and decided to set up a meeting with Victor. I was very nervous at first but after meeting with Victor and hearing about everything R3 had to offer I signed up for the 6 week challenge. I have been attending regularly for 9 months now and the progress I’ve made (losing over 50 pounds) and the confidence I’ve gained are priceless! Everyone is so nice and the workouts have been great! I feel so much stronger than when I started and have even learned so much about nutrition. I’m glad I took the plunge and joined! :)"

"I started my fitness and nutrition journey with R3 Fitness in mid-January and I’m thrilled with the progress I have made. Prior to R3, I didn’t really think I needed to go to the gym, opting for random fitness videos on YouTube instead. In addition, I never felt that I was overeating, but I kept seeing the number on the scale go up, even when I was trying to make good choices to lose weight. Since joining R3, I have benefited from nutrition coaching, small group strength training classes that are designed to work the entire body, and the support and accountability from the coaches and other members of the gym. I’m a vegetarian and through the nutrition coaching, I learned that I had been missing the boat on proper nutrition (especially ensuring adequate protein). With the nutrition coaching and fun challenges that I’ve participated in, I have learned how to properly fuel my body and now I am confident that I am getting adequate protein, carbs and healthy fats to support proper nutrition and help me reach my overall fitness goals. The holistic approach to the programs at R3 has made such a difference for me. In just 11 weeks, I have lost over 10 pounds and I feel so much better! I am stronger, have more energy and feel more confident! The coaching, support, education, and encouragement I have gotten from Victor and Beckie have been fantastic. "I can’t say enough about the effectiveness of this program! I have done just about every workout program and fitness challenge out there and had a great deal of success. However, over that last couple of years, my body stopped responding to what was working. As a woman over 40, hormone changes were getting the best of me, and I felt like I was doing all the right things with no results. Worse… the scale was just kept going up. I reached a point where I needed professional guidance, so I researched programs in the area that looked at the full picture (mind, body, and nutrition). I found R3 and made a call to get more info. Victor called me moments after leaving a message, and we spent the next 45 min talking about my journey and where I wanted to be. I committed that day, and haven’t looked back. I started a 6-week challenge, working out 3 days a week (when I was used to doing 6-7 workouts a week), and dove into macro counting. At the start, I knew very little about the concept of counting macros. Victor gave me a crash course, set my macro targets, and suggested an app to track. I was 100% overwhelmed, but he kindly walked me through every step, answering all of my crazy questions, and provided encouragement. I just completed week 7, and I am amazed at how much I have learned about properly fueling my body, pushing myself outside of my comfort zone, and the important of rest. I feel amazing inside and out, my sleep has improved, my energy levels are back, and I have lost over 10lbs and inches in my waist and hips. I could not be happier about my decision to join R3. Not only are the trainers the absolute best, but the community is incredibly supportive, welcoming, and so fun. I look forward to getting up at the crack of dawn to start my day with such an awesome group of people. If you’re on the fence, I say… take the leap!! So happy that I did♥️"

The work outs are carefully designed to thoroughly work your entire body out over the week - never getting boring or too routine. What makes R3 different is the people. New members quickly become friends. This sense of community keeps work outs fun.
