As a proud all-volunteer not-for-profit organization, we represent a unique partnership between local Illinois government, concerned citizens, industry professionals, organized labor, fire and police departments, and the CENCOM system.
As a Tier One emergency response team in the State of Illinois, SCSESA provides invaluable support to first responders. We offer specialized expertise and cutting-edge technical equipment, including HAZMAT Response, Technical Rescue Response, K-9 Search, and a full RMERT team, to effectively manage and mitigate crises.
Our mission is to educate and protect the community during special emergency situations, and we rely on the generosity of private donations and fundraising events to achieve this. Your support and financial contributions are crucial in enabling us to continue our vital work.
