"The city stated that they are not responsible for maintaining the alley way.They stated that the property owner does not own it,but they have to maintain it.They also are not making sure that property owners maintain their yards.Something needs to be done about this."

"This is hands down the most mismanaged mess & sorry excuse for a City Hall I have ever seen. On any given day there is a line of frustrated people some of whom are literally in tears & others about to "go postal" on this place because of how poorly it is ran. I have called every day for a week to get my power turned on and nobody will ever return my call, so I have to go wait in line for hours at a time for any simple matter, each time surrounded by extremely angry citizens. I will never buy a house in Jennings ever again!"

"Can get a single answer to any of my questions. They just hang up. The Mayor cant read and doesn't care. Its interesting that he makes more than double than any other mayor around Jennings. Building inspector for the city doesn't work. We have several clients that have asked us to help them with the occupancy permit issues which just needs a home inspection. Sadly, we can verify that if a home inspector does the inspection will that meet the city needs/requirements."

"I'm from Illinois, and I can say with 100 percent confidence, that the grass is NOT greener across the river in Missouri.. Missouri needs to pass a resolution for correcting the spelling of the states name and spell it properly.. Misery."
