"I rented this space and was told 50% off $64 per month for first three months plus $9 insurance. Now I go to pay bill and the price has risen to $70 only month two no discount. They force you to pay their ridiculous raise in price or they hold your property hostage. No call from management after several calls Stephanie called me back and corrected the issue that I had. Everything is taken care of. Thanks Stephanie!! Edited Review******** Once again I am having issues with the billing and unable to get anyone to return my calls. I paid my bill on 3/31/24 and it is due on 4/4/24 and their systems is still showing I have a payment due on 4/4/24. I am no doing this after this month I am moving my items from this place to another one.To the owner I am not changing my review this time after talking with Stephanie now this place is saying I owe $82 for a unit starting out $64. Their billing system need work or they increase their prices every month. I WILL NOT CHANGE MY REVIEW!!!!"

"I went to get a unit from this place and I was very impressed with the service I received from Stephanie. She had no problem with leaving her desk and showing me the different size’s of the unit’s since some of the other storage places had an issue with that. Her explanation of what I was receiving and what I was going to be paying, (which was cheaper than the other 3 places I went to in the Florissant area), was clear and understanding, and the bathrooms were very clean."

Although there was an issue with the $1 move in special on the unit I originally requested Stephanie made things right and I was able to store my things right away.
