"My experience with Dr. Radwan, his staff, and HSHS has not been pleasant. I was a new patient of this office and unnecessary labs were ordered during my routine physical. There was no medical necessity or justification for the labs being ordered and therefore they were denied by my insurance and billed to me. I tried on a number of occasions to respectfully resolve this with the provider and hospital. Unfortunately, all attempts were disregarded and not met with the same respect. The physician in most instances became agitated and dismissive when attempting to discuss and unwilling to take any responsibility for his mistake. Instead insisting that he had no liability in the matter and that it was my responsibility to pay for the unnecessary care that he had ordered. I will not recommend Dr. Radwan, his staff, or HSHS for any form of care for my family or acquaintances. Please avoid if you are using Tricare. This office will not perform any due diligence regarding coverages or patient awareness/acknowledgement of billing matters prior to ordering care."
