"I've been dealing with a reoccurring problem with this office for over 2 years now. No one ever answers the phone! It's a half hour minimum to get anyone to answer. Either it's a front desk person problem, phones don't work from reading the other reviews or they're extremely understaffed. Either way not my problem and I'll be looking for a new office soon. Once I can actually get to my doctor she's great though. Dr. Shirley"

"I am looking to switch Doctor’s. It always takes 5+ minutes for them to answer the phone and I’ve waited as long as 40 minutes. Front desk staff is rude. I was trying to get seen for ADHD and the front desk girl said “why don’t you see a psychiatrist, that’s what most people do.” They tell you they will check on something and call back and never do. I feel like there’s always issues with paperwork like orders and pre authorization. If you want to get an appointment expect it to be a month out. While at an appointment I had a concern regarding my mental health and was told by the MA that I had to make a separate appointment for that. Your care does not seem like a priority to them. I had a CT done with the results uploaded on MyChart the day after and wasn’t called until a week later."

"HSHS has added a policy that requires annual drug testing in order to get prescriptions filled. It's humiliating and degrading to have to repeatedly prove to your doctor that you're not a dealer. I've been taking my medication as prescribed for over a decade. There is no reason for them to believe I am misusing my medication. I NEED my prescription, why would I sell it? This office makes you jump through hoops and treats you like a criminal for seeking basic treatment."

"They never answer the phone!!!!!! Longest wait times ever on the phone I have ever experienced in 20 years and it's unprofessional. The computer system never connects you to the office. I found out they contract that out to another company who they should FIRE TODAY! I tried for two days to get through to set up an appointment because I was sick and could never get through. HORRIBLE TECHNOLOGY! Hire some more people to answer the phone or get out of the healthcare business! I'm switching to BJC. My wait time on the phone was 30 seconds."

"I moved back to the area 2 years ago with numerous medical issues. I went to quite a few new patient appts with dr's in the area accepting new patients. One of them I sat in waiting room 3 hrs and in exam room 2 more hrs, it was almost 6pm from a 1pm appt! I got in very quickly with this office and will never have to look for dr again. Amanda Kilzer FNP is everything a person wants/needs in a primary care physician. She cares about her patients, goes over everything and listens. I have seen Dr Malcherik once and felt very comfortable and assured with him that I would receive the best medical attention. Office staff and phlebotomist are great! Everyone is very personable and does everything they can to help each patient. Also I have never waited over 15-20 minutes in waiting room at most. I am very very thankful to have these professionals for my medical needs. You may have to hold 10-15 minutes when calling but well worth the wait!"
