"VERY EXPENSIVE FOR MY BUDGET! However Excellent Staff- Ms. Tiffany Britton represent Life Storage very well. Honestly she's the reason we use the Business, her customer service. She was very thorough explaining services, she has a pleasant calm voice, multitask skills are perfect! Seen her work 2 clients at counter, display their space, answer a call outside, said she'd call back as soon as she could get 2 customers where they were reading their docs, Ms Britton phoned the caller back, explained she was working with 2 customers asked it was a need now or let her finish the customers up so she could answer their question. She is always on point. Love her customer service skills and I pray Life Storage realize the employee you have. She's definitely what an employer should want. Best Regards Ms. Britton"
"Always excellent customer service whenever I visit my location. Today was extra special today. Had a very busy day but went to the office who I had the pleasure of meeting Ashley S. Who saw me coming walking with my canes & greeted me opening the door for me. Transacted my payment and asked if, I was satisfied with my unit and again on the way out wished me a Blessed day while seeing me safely out the door.
