"My sister was a resident there for quite a few years because they were the closest for visitation from me. There was always a constant turnover of management and staff so you feel like you're always starting over in getting a routine down. Total lack of organization and communication from them concerning inpatients. Also many things stolen out of her room by both the inpatients and the staff. Also her clothing was always disappearing from the laundry room and her room and they would substitute worn out clothing back to her in exchange for all the clothing that would mysteriously disappear from her room. Much thievery there and lack of control. The doctor visits were nothing but patronizing babble and drug prescribing to keep everyone "doped up" Stay away from this place if you can."

"I can't believe they fired Bryon Harris.. He worked in the dish room.. For five years . I have seen this man miss holiday's birthday's.. Funerals... I have seen him come in work doubles .. He was awesome and a great worker. You lost a great worker"

"DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE! The neglect and verbal abuse is horrible! Terrance will hang up on you when you call up there more than once. He is extremely rude. They will will not give you the belongings of your loved ones. AND THEY HAVE BED BUGS. We had to get rid of the few clothes they gave back. This place is gross."

"I don't understand how this facility is still open. They are mean and neglectful to the residents. Rude as hell to the parents. We are suppose to be able to trust people in places like this with our loved ones. All they see is a paycheck and stuff they can steal from their residents. I will be calling State notify them of all the neglect and ignorance that goes on in this facility."

"My son was at this place short of a year. My son was coming home on hospice and all his clothes were stolen. Terrence is rude and obnoxious to patients and guardians. My son passed away 1/28/24 and still nothing about his stuff. I even called Mo the director and no return call. DON new one every week. Place is a mess."
