"Overall Terrible! First off the staff answering the phone are rude! They do NOT listen to you and over-talk you. You'll be repeating yourself and then passed off to another individual. I was a new patient scheduled for an appointment and filled my paperwork out weeks in advance. I was NOT contacted to verify my appointment, but they claim I was to receive a text message and email. It was never set up. Then I was told this would be a video visit. That is not beneficial for a new patient when you know NOTHING about the patient and no physical exam. C'mon now. This place is unorganized and unprofessional! This is completely unacceptable and I will NOT be dealing with these people and strongly recommend whoever reads this does not either."

"I came twice in the same day for urgent care. First time I walked in already in quite a bit of pain and the desk lady told me the doctor wasn't even there because she or he is apparently on call and regularly leaves to service hospitals. I find that highly odd to be running a practice of emergency medicine yet there's no doctor or even a NP on staff! What if I really needed help to the point I couldn't make it somewhere else? Long story short as I was leaving I noticed a couple pulling up and going inside. I ended up going to Christian Northwest but was told it be hours before I could be seen. So i tried one last time After waiting another couple hours and the car is still there. So now I'm wondering if they are patients or the doctors and figured perhaps they were finally back and I just missed them. I called this time and asked if there was a doctor in and was still told nobody was in. I have never been to an urgent care clinic that didn't at least keep a NP standing in if the doctor isn't available. I also feel a bit profiled due to the fact that it seemed more like they just didn't want to be bothered with treating me based the nature of my symptoms. I noticed someone else saying they have been profiled before here also so the benefit of the doubt is very minuscule. This is not how you treat people."
