"It's not a very well-kept lobby it's not clean it doesn't look sanitary the employees along with the police are unfriendly unhelpful cannot answer clear questions such as what happens if something is damaged going through the conveyor I was told to write a report I was never told where to get it who to write it to who do I send it off to it was no details in the reply of write a report these are police officers"
"Takes entirely too long and very short of staff. Two people working and not friendly at all."
"The layout is not ideal for a public service building. They really should have an information desk before the security detail. However, many of the guards are informative. I ended up going back and forth between multiple buildings on bad information though. One guy who had been there the longest was especially helpful. Others didn't seem to care too much. The right thing to do would be to renovate the area so that information is available at the front, much like you find in most modern police stations today."
