"Horrible experience. Spent 25 minutes trying to figure out authorization for my insurance because another Clarkson Eyecare authorized it for a canceled appointment two weeks ago. Why is this even done? Finally figured it out and then told me they couldn't see me because I missed my appointment time. Will not return."
