"I usually have a good experience here but after this last visit I had to write this review. After going to this location, a dark, more heavy set lady was being rude to me and other customers. I asked for assistance with setting up a box and instead got an answer of “it’s just a box just set it up”. Afterwards I asked for tape to find out that the tape was $2. At this point, I wanted to just leave and go to FedEx instead. After paying for the tape and completing the box (which the kind customers saw her rudeness and took time to help me instead), out of spite, she refused to give me instructions on where to write the to and from addresses, and found fun in making me wait at the counter than go back for every little thing. Not once did she give me a comprehensive list of things to do to save time, she simply waited for me to go back to the counter just to send me back and say “You have to …” and smiled after each time. After all this, the customers in the area took notice of her behavior and apologized for what I was going through. I WILL be going to FedEx from now on and telling anyone I know to steer clear of this extremely rude and sick lady."

"I shipped out a package here to another city in the STL area. It sat in this post office for 7 days before it got shipped. I thought it was lost. It’s embarrassing. I wouldn’t trust sending out anything from this office. I’ve never had issues before but I will never go to this location again. They say two day shipping? I shipped another package out of this location to Texas and it got there faster than shipping out a package to another STL city."

"I have to visit the post office 2-3 times per week, and every time I go to the Cottleville post office, I'm greeted with smiles by the friendly staff. Their store is neat, clean, and well stocked with all the products I need for shipping. Thank you to the ladies at this location for always being a bright point to my busy day."
