"After sitting around waiting for a long time to be seen & watching patients get seen left & right for only a few minutes at a time, I started to wonder what kind of care people are getting if the doctors aren’t even devoting 15 minutes of their time to their patients. It worried me to see that. Then finally, it was my turn to see Dr. Boardman & needless to say, I was right. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover how I felt during my “appointment” with him that lasted at most 3 minutes. He wasn’t even interested in hearing about how much pain I’m in or that my other shoulder is also experiencing pain as well. He basically told me there’s nothing he can do for me & that I could try physical therapy even though I already told him I’ve completed physical therapy twice at 2 different locations in the past year. Smh. Don’t even waste your time thinking you’re gonna get help here. Go anywhere else but here & I’m sure you’ll get better results."
