"To say I'm highly disappointed is an understatement. I'm frustrated and feel completely ignored.  I have chronic spinal issues that have been ongoing since the 2000s. Have had surgery in the past to relieve some symptoms. I've been evaluated by a specialist previously that evaluated me as having a 12% disability due to my back issues. However, I've stayed working and I've been able to deal with my pain and flareups for many years through chiropractic adjustments and occasional prednisone,  NSAIDs, etc but those methods  are not working any longer. My pain is worsening, especially in the last 6 months. I requested Dr. Sundar because he has seemingly great reviews. It took me 4 weeks to just get an appointment with him. We discussed the possibility of doing some procedures to relieve some of the pain I'm having. A new MRI was ordered, but was told I have to wait 3 more weeks to discuss the results. Meanwhile I can't sleep at night because everytime I move I wake up due to the pain. Some days I can get through the day ok. Other days I'm in so much pain I'm in tears. I called the clinic and left a msg explaining my situation and my concers of having to wait 3 more weeks to come up with a plan of care. According to the Nurse Dr reviewed my MRI and it doesn't show any significant changes from my last in 2021. So I was told that Dr isn't recommending anything at this time and my follow-up appointment was canceled. Ok.. so I'm expected to just live with a poor quality of life because my MRI doesn't show changes? My previous xrays showed significant osteoarthritis. My previous MRIs show herniated discs at different levels with nerve impingement as well as spinal stenosis. I've tried to just deal with the pain and just power through it. Clearly the inflammation is currently affecting me. I've had to cancel weekend plans, put off projects, and for the first time in 15 years I didn't plant a garden due to my pain. So it's clear I've reached a point where the affecting my life and tried to obtain some help. This entire experience was honestly pointless and a waste of $ because nothing was done and I'm still in pain without any type of plan or effort for resolution, which is not acceptable. As a healthcare professional myself I feel incredibly saddened by this experience. I did not receive any help whatsoever."
