"Went to an urgent care for an ingrown toenail and was told I would need to get it removed at a family doctor or podiatrist. I scheduled an appointment specifying what it was for and drove all the way down from Cedar Rapids to visit Dr. Fowler. (I Grew up in dewitt) After traveling 75 minutes I waited in the office for an hour to then be told he can’t do anything about it because he hasn’t removed ingrowns in a decade! why wasn’t that mentioned on the phone when scheduling my appointment? But who cares about wasting peoples time when you are still getting paid right? Never going again."

He didn't offer further testing to prove me wrong or him right until I pushed back and begged him. I feel violated and taken advantage."
