"After running into issues with a large chain pharmacy (frequent shortages on common prescriptions, failures to communicate vital information regarding availability and pickup times for prescriptions, and unsatisfactory customer service, among other things), we began to shop around for some place small and locally owned, where we hoped that customers would be viewed as real people instead of faceless numbers. Baxley Wellness has proved to provide just the level of care and concern we had hoped to receive! All the staff members take time to answer our questions and make every experience—whether in-person or over the phone—pleasant. They even contacted me (yes, *they* reached out to *us*!) one afternoon recently when my child’s prescription for a much-needed antibiotic arrived just before they were scheduled to close. They let me know that they were getting it ready for me to pick up, despite it being a little after-hours for them. My child’s well-being was that important to them. That’s precisely the kind of service and personalized concern we would have never received previously, and one of many reasons we’ll be staying with Baxley Wellness from here on out!"
