"We are connected to Lutheran services in Dubuque do to oganization of CPS . Lutheran services LSi it's organized to oversee visitations with parents and children so far our experience with them has not been satisfying a few of their staff members have alleged committed crimes and or public health violations and concerns for the safety of our children. I stopped in the office other day to get a book of policy and procedures, the lady behind the counter was having lunch opening up the divider glass before using alcohol sanitary solution on her hands she said it's going to be a minute I said I want to stop back at a later time I called Friday 9 * I cannot get through your hours of operation are standard until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday you cannot leave the message on a machine this is an organization they supposed to be there for people in crisis and they don't follow through with their policies and makeup their own agenda what they see fit for themselves"
