"I had chronic neck & back pain and was taking way to much Tylenol, ice paks and gels fr pain on a daily basis. I saw Dr. Abbys booth at a health fair clinic at 5 Flags more than 10 years ago. I stopped by her booth and made an appt. After providing info on my condition, I had xrays taken, then consulted with Dr. Abby and we started my journey to feeling better. Through chiro treatments, exercises at home, adjusting my eating habits, watching online seminars and learning how to take care of my overall health, including my spine which is responsible for protecting my entire body. If my spine isn't being properly managed it will cause further pain. Dr. Abby is awesome in explaining what goes with our spine and overall health. She has helped me so much. No more Tylenol for pain and I've been able to get back to walking and being more active. The staff, Virginia, Kelly, everyone s great.
