"My family and I attended the movie on 08/03/2024. There was a power outage due to the weather. I was told by the employees to come back the next day for a refund or to watch the movie. I was not able to bring my family back to the movies the next day, but I went back to get a refund. An employee took my number down and said that someone would call me. It’s been a week and no one had reached out so I went back and the employee told me I couldn’t get a refund because it had been longer than a week. I told her I came back the next day and no one ever called me. I gave my number again and she said that someone will call me a few minutes later the employee at the movies called me and said that they cannot issue a refund and that I would have to come back and watch a free movie, I told her I was not able to bring my family back to the movies and that I don’t know when I will have time to come back to watch a movie and that I just wanted a refund I don’t want to have to be forced to watch a movie. I just want a refund."
"Got this amazing theatre poster from this theatre on Friday April 12th. And got it Frame today it’s such a wonderful pieces of art they sell these poster that are only release to theaters, and I don’t know any other theaters that does this. I am so grateful that they do cause these Posters are truly a work of art."
