"My appointment was great and informative. However, they did not submit my insurance authorization for many days after my first appointment, causing me to miss over a week of therapy. I am post-op and have been told that these weeks are crucial for my recovery. Edit: They have replied to my review and actually NEVER processed my insurance and NEVER contacted me back! I went to Excelerate PT and they have been great! I would recommend not giving Cora your business."

"The attention and treatment received by two former employees received was great. However, I was provided incorrect information regarding initial consultation and billing and Cora does not care enough to fix the issue. After calling for weeks I was able to get in touch with an accounts manager. In an initial call she assured me she would help me but I have been ghosted for 2 weeks since then calling and emailing her multiple times. If you don't want to waste your time go somewhere else. Save yourself a big headache."
