"I really like this place. The people are nice and treat you with dignity. However one sore spot and it’s really frustrating. I have had them call me and I’ve missed the call. Tried calling back after they have left a voicemail to speak to a specific person. Sometimes the phone just rings and rings. When someone finally answers you ask to speak to originally called they transfer you to someone totally different and it’s their voicemail. This happens every time I’ve tried to call them. Then I have to call back again to that incessantly ringing phone. My suggestion to you if someone calls from here go to the office don’t call as it gets you nowhere. This place really needs to fix the phone system its wacky"

"Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or energy. After a week of calling countless times, trying to get someone to talk to me about my lab results, I have only been able to get a real person on the phone 1 out of 10+ calls. None of my voicemails are returned. I left a note for my doctor to please call me to discuss my lab results. No call back. I put a message in through the patient portal for my doctor to please call me to discuss my lab results. No response. After a week of just trying to get someone to talk to me about simple lab results… I can’t get anyone to actually, call me or message me back! Do yourself and your health a favor and go somewhere else."

"Great sliding scale clinic. They have every thing from therapy to flu shots. They used to do dental but are looking for a new dentist. Easy finacial aid/sliding scale application. No appointment needed for covid test too."

"I went to the Shellman Bluff location. I saw PA Maureen M. Johnson. I did not have any issues, just establishing medical care. Self pay was $150 for lab, blood work and exam. Very pleasant and through PA and staff. Nice environment. Is a great asset to the community."
