"Bought a consinment peice from them yes it was ( as is no warranty ) paid $1,000.00 For a riding Lawn mower that was a lemon. had hidden damage to motor didn't even get it all the way in my yard before it started having problems blew oil out all over the place,0 called to let them know did not hear back from them, called a small engine mechanic i know and trust he informed me that they had put so much oil in the motor that it blew out of the manafold, which i said ok did oil change replaced spark plug come to find out it had a cracked block that someone had tryed to patch with JBWELD the mower will not even run for more than 3 minutes before it starts spraying oil all over the place. Do not recommend. So now I have a $1,000.00 yard ornament."

"I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. We dropped our lawnmower off in April of 2021 and we were finally able to pick it up after over 9 months. They told us 4 to 6 weeks. All we needed was the carburetor cleaned. They took it upon themselves to do more than we had asked to be done. They changed the oil that didn’t need to be done as it was done prior to be taken in. They changed the spark plug which was just changed as well. The extra work they did they did it upon themselves without notifying us. We kept calling when we didn’t hear anything after the 4 to 6 weeks. We kept being told that it wasn’t finished and that someone would check on it. Finally they had it marked as finished but lost the original paperwork. We finally got notice about the cost. When we went in to pick it up as customers we were unhappy that work was done that was not requested without notifying us. The employee we dealt with got extremely rude. I asked him to stop with the attitude and he said not until my wife did. As customers we were unhappy with the service. Again I said there was no need for his attitude. He continued with his attitude and threatened to call the cops. I feel this place is unprofessional. I will never use this place again nor will I ever recommend anyone to do business with them."

"Well after having our powerwasher for 5 months, Yes 5 months got it back today and water leaks out of it from places it never did before. Plus it will not pickup any type of house wash. Would I send them anymore business that would be a definitely HELL NO I've tried to help out local businesses but Montebello Sales & Service is a don't return my business to."

"Took my brand new TORO mower to them because they are an "authorized" TORO warranty service center. Stopped by today , for second time, and was told they had not gotten to it yet. They have had it for 6 weeks. They told me two weeks ago I was number 15 in line and their mechanic was servicing 5-6 engines a day. They could not give definite date for repairs. I told them I would take it with me today, that I was tired of the run around. Got into heated argument with the owner and his son. Was told to leave my f....ing store by the owner. Owner was shoving me out the door and I told him to stop, shoving back. Told him I wanted my mower now, he said he would get it, when he was ready. He replied he would shoot me if I didn't leave. NEVER, take your mowers to these people."

"I needed my car's inspection and emissions done. I called them they got me in the next morning. It only took maybe 30 minutes and I was ready to go! Small home town business! Everyone was very nice! I was surprised that I could get my car's inspection and emissions done there. I didn't realize they had a Garage on one side and a lawnmower shop on the other!"
