"Despite asking where we want our prescription sent, the doctor sent our prescription to the wrong town. I had to follow up and call the doctor two more times that day to try to get the prescription sent to the correct pharmacy. On my second call with the nurse, I asked how long it will take for her to send the prescription to the correct pharmacy and her response was, “I’m not on that screen right now.”"

I have never had this kind of experience with a new Doctor. Now skeptical about the rescheduled visit. Sat outside while the office rescheduled countless other visitors. Seems no one got a mass email. Think I'll look for another, more professional doctors office."
