"My fiancé and i were trying to get papers filled out for disability insurance for farmers and Gibson McDonald, because he has been out of work since December 2023. This was the second time we have took the papers to them. The first time she said she never got the papers. They have been sitting in the office for 2 weeks now. And they still haven't been filled out because she thought they were disability papers for a check every month. When I called to find out about the papers. She said she wouldn't fill them out because of that and I tried to tell her that it wasn't disability papers for a check. She was very rude(Kimberly Kirk). Also, we went up to the office today to show her the front lettering of the Insurance Company through the other companies. And she was rude to me and told me. She wouldn't gonna talk to me. Even gave her patient attitude which is my fiance. No wonder why they don't have but a 3 star rating and all these bad reviews. By the way, they're only PA's not doctors. Kimberly Kirk doesn't care about nobody but herself, she's very nasty and rude. Like I tried to ask her on the phone. If you knew you weren't gonna fill them out. Why haven't you called us to let us know? She said I'm talking to you now. Yeah, because I kept calling. She told me to shut up or she was gonna call the law on me And have me removed Off her premises, no wonder why she has leas than a 3 star rating. You need to get it together. And now that I see the reviews are bad. I already got paperwork in my email for a new primary from my fiancée."
"I’ve never had a provider be more attentive. She spends a lot of time with you and listens and is very thorough. I felt like family for real. Sometimes you gotta wait a bit for your appointment but it’s never that long and I feel like exceptionally good care is worth the wait! Highly recommended. NP Kirk is the best!"
