"Not helpful at all, they are polite but I’m not sure they how to do their jobs besides taking your money. I pay my bill on the 1st on line payment portal but the next month they will try and charge you again for non payment and add late fees. Something fishy about how they keep track of water usage. Wasn’t at home all month and still got charged over 80.00. I’m good at being told they don’t know what to tell me."
