"I was referred to see Dr. MCCOY. I WAITED OVER 2 HOURS AND WAS NOT SEEN. I LEFT. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON A PERSON SHOULD WAIT THAT LONG TO BE SEEN."

"Brought my Grandmother here to see Dr. McCoy. There were definitely both good and bad things. Good: Staff and Doctor were excellent and friendly. Dr. McCoy knew his stuff and everyone treated us great. Bad: We had a long wait time. It was about three hours for us. Others in the waiting room had been there longer. The carpet in the lobby looked water damaged and it smelled like mildew. This was the most concerning to me, especially since it is a place for lung patients. There was no light outside and we left after dark. I had to use the flashlight on my phone so Grandma could see to get to the car."
