"There's no use using the virtual check in. I did my paperwork and checking in online. Still had to wait over an hour!!! Even after being told I was next SEVERAL customers were taken ahead of me. Other clients came and left as I waited. My appt was 3:20p. Somehow they assumed it was 3:40p. At 4:30p I'm still waiting."
"My appointment went great it was my very first time trying contact lens so I was extremely nervous but every employee schedule today were extremely sweet understanding and very professional I want to especially point out one employee name is Ms. Amy she was Overly patient with me even when my transaction kept failing she kept striving for new solutions really appreciated her time.
